Let me know that you have used my stock by commenting on the stock photo that you have used or by sending me a note.

You can use my stock on deviant art and other web sites, as long as you credit me and link back to my deviant art account. You must notify me if you use my photos outside of deviant art. You do not need to ask for my permission to use my photos outside of deviant art.

Please be creative with my photos-don't just mess with the colors a bit. Incorporate it into your art work.

My stock cannot be used for any pornographic or obscene purposes (i.e. art that is offensive to any race, nation, sexual orientation, age, religion, or sex)
Macabre and horror art are fine, but not for any of my photos of children or animals.


You do not need to ask my permission to use my stock in a print, but you do need to note me if you want to use it for any other commercial purposes.
